Kicking Lessons / Instruction
Every training session will consist of not only the physical aspect of the kick, but also the mental part.
Place Kicking Training

Field Goals and Extra Points can be the difference in winning and losing the game.

It all starts with lining up the same way EVERY TIME! In every training session I will be making sure your steps are consistent every kick. #1 reason for inconsistency is different line ups.

I will train you on:
  • Accuracy
  • Height
  • Distance
  • Timing
  • Focus
  • Muscle Memory
  • 90 degree angle theory

Kickoff Training

Kickoffs are not just how high and far you can kick it anymore, it can be an extra possession if performed correctly. I train the following types of kickoffs which are assets to any team!

Gunner: Right – kick to the right sideline in the air between own 40-45 so we can catch in the air on the run

Squib: Anywhere – low line kick that is hard to handle
